This particular beach house, designed by Bria Hammel Interiors, has a bit of a funny backstory. If you follow me on Instagram, you may have noticed that every once in a while I post a pretty interior shot that I’m loving at that very moment. And when I stumbled across this lake house I realized that I’ve already posted not one, but two shots from this gorgeous home, not realizing that they’re from the same space (though, in retrospect, I’m not sure how I didn’t pick that up. Rookie mistake!) What can I tell you, I like what I like. And you guys, I really like this lake house. Check it out in all of it’s lovely glory below!

I’ve toured this house! Twice actually! Love love loved it so much! And of course it’s in a really beautiful area of my city. Did you know that the playroom, the one with the Teepee, has a little secret door/hide out for the kids? And the entrance of it is actually a little tiny pink door that looks like someone’s front door! Love seeing parade of homes houses just to look at the interior design and this one made the top five ( Tour parade of homes extensively every year so I’ve seen a LOT!)

I love the decoration of this house. My favorite color is white, you used mostly everywhere combined with other colors an textures, you achieved a beautiful design. I loved the result.
