Scenes from my Week

A few moments from a much better week…pastel flower arrangement  {The prettiest leftovers from Threads & Blooms}

I’m pleased to announce that I feel significantly better than I did last week. A healthy combination of getting back to my yoga & pilates classes, mixed with a handful of solid nights’ sleep, and, as mentioned, a whole ton of soul searching have definitely contributed. And the fact that so so many of you were so kind to reach out in many different ways over the course of the last few days certainly helped.  I’m looking forward to carrying these good vibes into the weekend. And stand by the fact that if any of you ever need me to return the favor please don’t hesitate to reach out. As always, here’s a quick peek at my week in photos.

  1. Cirque du Soleil is so great. And they pay attention to every detail. Just look at that big top.

    I love the picture of Sage. So glad your mood is happy… and your abs are screaming from Pilates !!!!
    Have a lovely weekend dear daughter.

  3. Where did you get your bicycle. (include details of make, etc.) We have just moved to Collingwood, and there are many bike trails in the Georgian triangle, so we are quite enthused. I’m seriously looking for a bike that looks much like yours – and that basket from LLBean is perfect. Love your blog and daily newsletters. I re-pin your decor pics regularly and love your posts and life-style aesthetic. I never used to read the Friday post as I figured I’d already seen them through the week, but now I find that once in a while I’ve missed something that I love.

  4. Beautiful and inspirational photos! What a sweet puppy! Glad to hear you are feeling better,and again, thank you for sharing. It matters and helps others more than you know.

    Sage is seriously the cutest dog! After our Airedale passed away three years ago, we thought about getting a goldendoodle but settled on our love of terriers and adopted a six year old wire-haired fox terrier named Brian. I’m happy to hear that your spirits are up. My depression has never been as severe as it was in the ’80s, but it has cropped up on occasion.

    I love your puppy picture, especially with the different wallpapers framing her!
