While doing some research for a festive holiday drink, I noticed a few things: most of them contain champagne, or some form of cinnamon or spice. Wanting to nod to the holidays, while straying from the expected, I took this recipe for a spin and knew upon first sip that I had stumbled upon a real gem. As it turns out, rosemary, pear + ginger is a match made in festive heaven!

- 4 oz pear juice
- 6 oz vodka
- 7 oz gingerale
- Sprigs of rosemary, as garnish
- 1. Mix pear juice & vodka in a pitcher
- 2. Fill glasses 3/4 full (over ice, if desired!)
- 3. Top with gingerale
- 4. Add in a sprig of rosemary
- 5. Enjoy!
