Maybe I was there during the wrong season but I swam in Lac Rose in March and it’s just a teeny touch pink. almost not noticeable. But I love the pictures!

Woah! That’s crazy. I wonder if it’s safe to swim in the lake?? That would be really amazing to visit.
I’ve read that it’s perfectly safe! And, similar to the dead sea, the salt content is so high that you literally float along the surface effortlessly
