It’s in and around this time every year that I find myself craving a warm, ideally tropical vacation. Whether it’s the cold, grey days that have gotten to my psyche or the post-post (post) holiday blues, I often find myself absent-mindedly perusing vacation sites for last-minute trips. While fleeing off to some magical place may not be in the cards for me at this very moment, I can’t help but be drawn to beautiful spaces abroad all the same. Fashion designer John Rocha’s home in the South of France fits all of my pretend-vacation requirements. Between the slate pool, the Italian limestone patio and the perfectly maintained gardens, I could easily spend many a vacation day in this very spot.
