house envy: L.A. living.

found here via house beautiful

Chris Barrett, an LA-based designer, has recently shared his home in House Beautiful magazine. After stumbling upon the article I was immediately smitten with this space. By now I’m sure we all now what a perfectly lived in home does to my soul (read: great things). Lets take notes, shall we? Welcoming entrance with carved wood doors? Check! A white kitchen with extra thick countertops? Check! Mix and matched textiles abound? Check, check, check! And is it just me, or is that patio just begging for some company and a pitcher of sangria? Yes, I think I could be quite happy here.
