It’s funny, if you look at my “currently coveting” history (right here) you’ll note that many of the items are some form of dishware. There’s something about beautiful pottery that simply sings to me. And when they’re presented in the form of soft, feminine shades, topped off with gold tips? It’s simply pretty overload and I just can’t help myself. But let’s be honest here, can you blame me? One day I’ll venture out of my ceramic comfort zone, but until then, let’s just take a moment to oogle these goods. Because they’re so, so good.

I can’t really explain it, but I have a strange infatuation with dinnerware (mugs especially). And now that you probably think I’m sufficiently weird, I will keep going. When I first stumbled upon this new line of dishes I literally gasped at my desk. It has my name written all over it. It’s probably a blessing in disguise that we’re stuck with a teeny condo kitchen (that’s already packed to the gills) otherwise I’d find myself spending all my hard-earned money on place settings.

My co-worker and I joke about our ability to, without fail, find the most exorbitantly priced products in existence when searching for our clients homes. So it doesn’t come as a surprise that I fell in love with a $18,900.00 light fixture (the very first one up top). Stunning, yet unrealistic per usual. Please allow me to take a moment to gawk, at the very least! These babies make my eyes incredible happy, even if they don’t fit into any budget for the time being.

How incredible are these bowls, vases and vessels? I haven’t been able to get them out of my mind ever since spotting them a  few days ago. Inspired by erupted volcanos, the artist, Tabuchi Taro, has created these true works of art made entirely out of porcelain.

With all thoughts pointing towards our bedroom undertaking, I can’t help but be drawn to items that relate. While we’re not technically in the market for a new set of sheets, I can’t deny that I have my eye on these worn linen beauties. Unfortunately they’re not in the cards at the moment, but it’s always nice to dream.

I just can’t get over Rachel’s new online shop Mignon Kitchen Co. I must have gone back to it eight times yesterday just to peruse some more. With its focus on unique items for your pantry, pretty packaging supplies and beautiful items to adorn your table, all at a more than reasonable price-point, it just cannot be beat. Plus, the addition of the easy tips and tricks to help you bake add a lovely personal touch that I often find lacking when it comes to online shopping.  I, for one, am absolutely smitten.

It has been some time since I’ve posted something I’ve been currently coveting, but I can think of no better item to break the cycle than this beautifully designed tea kettle. With its stunning clear glass body and temperature control setting, it would be the perfect accompaniment to that afternoon tea session.

The fact that it’s designed to do away with any unnecessary energy consumption makes it all the more appealing. Its clear body allows you  to determine how much water you need to boil, eliminating any wasted water (and energy spent boiling said waste). Not to mention, you have the option to set the device to work towards a specific temperature (like 80 degrees, for example, the temperature in which you should steep green tea to avoid burning its leaves). I will always have a soft spot for an item that combines both form and function, and this kettle is no exception.

I’ll let you just take a moment oogle the goodies. These area rugs are outstanding. Superb even! (So superb that I’m even using the word superb). They’re almost too good to even end up on the floor!

I’ve had Sydney Hale’s Fig & Vanilla honey candle pinned on pinterest since the beginning of time (yes. time.) If I’m not mistaken, it may have been the very first thing that I pinned. The packaging is beautiful, and with scents like sea salt & bay rum and cypress & cassis it’s almost impossible to go wrong. Most recently, I got my hands on my much coveted fig & vanilla scent and I could not be more pleased. The scent is subtle but overwhelmingly delicious and the packaging is almost prettier in real life. I, for one, am a fan.

Cassie from The Veda House has recently launched her online store, market203, selling gently used vintage goods at incredibly reasonable prices. The girl has been working her butt off for the last few months and the results have surely paid off. I definitely have my eye on a number of items (hello pretty rustic boxes, wire baskets and vintage cheese jars) that would undoubtedly add that extra touch to my new home.
