While there’s no question that I take interior design very seriously (I think that goes without saying), I still recognize its frivolous nature, and absolutely feel like it’s something you should have fun with. I love when designers challenge the norm, and incorporate unexpected elements. Not only does it keep people on their toes, but it also adds a level of interest that you simply can’t beat. And this home, designed by Lisa Tharp, is the perfect example. It’s quiet and clean, what with its gorgeous neutral palette. But it’s anything but boring thanks to Lisa’s use of texture, material, and beautiful finds – many of which tell the most wonderful story.
