Scenes from my Last Week

first house ornament

As I sit back and reflect on the last year, with the snow gently falling outside and a fluffy puppy taking over the entirety of my lap, I can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. While there’s no question that 2017 has been faced with its fair share of challenges, there has also been an immense amount of beauty to be found.

For me, personally, it has been a pretty wonderful year, I want to thank every last one of you for joining along for the ride. I have big plans for 2018, both personally and professionally, and I truly can’t wait to see (and share) how it all unfolds. I’m going to be taking some time off from my blog for a little while to enjoy the holidays with my people, but I will absolutely be around on Instagram (follow here, if you’d like! I’ve been really enjoying “stories” as of late). In the meantime, I hope you have an incredible holiday. And please know that if the season brings about any sense of loneliness or sadness for any of you, you’re in my heart. Sending you all of my love, Jacquelyn

Your dog is SO CUTE! Also, your fireplace looks comfy. I bet a picture of your snow-covered roof and smoking chimney would be very sweet. Anyway, may you have a fantastic 2018. I really enjoyed your organizational post you just did. I’m going to try some of those tips.
