Scenes from my Week

To say that I was blown away by your response to my post on mental health last week (here), would be a massive understatement. The sheer number of people who left comments, e-mails, texts, and messages, all with the same sentiment, was absolutely overwhelming in the best (and worst) way. I’m so sorry that so many of you have had your own struggles with mental health, but I’m touched that you reached out to offer a word of encouragement, or a simple “me too”. I heard from women (and men!) that I’ve known for years, and had no idea they struggled. The fact that we need to keep talking has just been further solidified in my mind. 

I’m encouraged now, more than ever, to keep sharing my trials, tribulations, and would love for you all to do the same. The world can be a sad and scary place (especially right now), but I believe in my heart of hearts that the future is promising, and this is all happening for a reason. There’s a palpable energy that’s bubbling below the surface. Dare I say, a revolution? And I know in my soul that love always prevails in the end. As always, here’s a peek at my week in photos.
