Perhaps it’s the fact that I only procured my Halloween costume last night (in lieu of weeks ahead of time, per usual), but it’s taken me a little longer than normal to get in the festive spirit. With a friend’s annual Halloween party tonight, and more candy in my cupboards than deemed acceptable, I do think I’m finally ready to begin celebrating!
