Labor day weekend is always bitter sweet. While I no longer attend school, in my mind it will forever mark the official end to summer. On Friday afternoon, a few girlfriends and I packed up and headed up to my cottage in order to take advantage of the last few ounces of sunshine (and that extra weekend-day). The rules were as stated: no makeup, no hair products, and if your clothing items aren’t made of the softest cotton, they aren’t allowed to make their way into your luggage. Everyone abided with no complaints, which resulted in a very relaxing, wonderfully fulfilling, and successful send off to one of my favourite seasons.
Great rules- mascara has no place at the cottage!
