sweet illustrations

source

I’m seriously loving these sweet illustrations. Painted by Katie Rogers as an exploration on viewing objects in a different light, they really strike a chord with me. I just adore the idea of a few conventional items stripped down to their bare bones.  How great would they be framed in a nursery?

i loved these the instant i saw them a couple of days ago, and i am in love with them still. I especially love the fruit loops – probably because that was the only sugar cereal we were allowed to eat in my house as a kid, oh and the 3 colour Popsicle. Do they even make those anymore?

I recently discovered that they do not make them anymore :( They have a new version that includes grape lemon and cherry (I believe) and it’s just NOT the same

I loved these little pieces! I think they’d be great in a kitchen each in a white frame. Or a red frame… I’ve got a thing for red :)

Here’s my post on them – cheeseburgers at 9 AM – yumm!
