As a fellow Interior Designer, I am particularly drawn to Jessica’s blog Life’s Little Jems. Filled to the brim with inspiration of the interior, fashion and food variety (hello!), it’s definitely on my must-read list. Here are some bits and pieces of Jessica:

I’m super double-jointed. The first time I realized I was so flexible I kind of freaked myself out. Now it’s an interesting conversation starter I guess.
I’m a dessert girl so I’ll have to go with Chocolate Crater Cake. Anytime I have an opportunity to be with friends or family, I pop one of these bad boys in the oven. It’s super easy to bake and most importantly it’s delicious.

Sadly, I’d have to say my Blackberry. I really wish I could live without it though.

I have to go with my mum. Not just because she gave birth to me, but because she is so talented. I really do wear Gold Hawk every single day, and her new Fall 2012 collection is insane. (No.4)
::In your wishing well::
I’d love to eventually design and build our dream home. Being a designer I tend to have very expensive taste and an unwillingness to compromise. I’d love to create this magical place where all my dream finishes and furniture pieces live together happily.
::Your dream home::
I often think about this… I’m not really attached to a particular style, but it definitely needs to have a lot of character. I guess in a dream world it would have elements of traditional French charm with simple modern lines and a hint of Moroccan flair. I love dark and moody spaces with pops of bright color. (No.5)
