the girls and I | an afternoon snack
In light of the Family day long-weekend, my girlfriend and I made the trek to Montreal to visit one of our best friends (and really take advantage of that extra day). It’s safe to say that our weekend revolved solely around food, and I have zero qualms about this. We more or less hopped from restaurant to restaurant, strolling through downtown and popping into random shops in order to waste time before our next big meal. It was so nice to spend the last few days with some of my very favourite people (whom I, unfortunately, don’t see nearly enough) and I’m counting down the moments until our next overly-indulgent girls weekend.

Lovely pictures as always :) very cute kitty and I love the third one down! Weekends with the ladies are always great in my experience – glad you had such a good time xx
Thanks Charlotte! I agree, girl weekends are one of lifes greatest pleasures
That brunch spot looks so beautiful and airy!
And I wish all my afternoon snacks looked like that!
oh me too!
That looks like a perfect weekend!
Love these pictures!
Thanks Nuresma!
OMG THAT CAT IS SO LOVELY. I really want my own cat.
sigh – me too. Unfortunately my boyfriend is allergic. So I just enjoy other peoples cats
That must really suck! I suppose you could get a naked cat but they’re kinda weird and non-cat-like so it’d be pointless. That cat is lovely enough to admire from afar though :)
how fun! the brownie a la mode looks heavenly right now…
It’s 9 am right now and I could totally go for another
Everything looks so lovely! Going from restaurant to restaurant mixed with shopping is the PERFECT way to spend a long weekend!! Kudos!
I couldn’t agree more!
That first photo is adorable. He looks almost human.
I think he thought he was human! He kept insisting he sat at the table with us
Do you mean ON the table? :)
Ha! I love that first pic.
