On Sunday, I attempted to bake cinnamon rolls from scratch for the very first time. I diligently followed this recipe and, while time consuming (you have to wait it out on multiple occasions), I was surprised at how simple they were to make. By the end, our entire condo smelt like warm cinnamon – which is something that I could totally get used to. I’m convinced that these would make the perfect addition to Christmas brunch.

I’ve always been kind of intimidated by the cinnamon roll process (probably all the waiting), but now I’m inspired :) Making my own cinnamon rolls whenever I want would be like a superpower.
I love the holiday season – gives me the chance to do some baking…and I am putting these on my list!
