Bits & Pieces of Could I Have That

I’m so excited to introduce to you a ridiculously good blog that I’ve recently stumbled across: could i have that. Samantha is insanely talented and her blog provides tidbits on style, interior design, diy tips, music you don’t want to miss and delicious recipes. She’s like Martha Stewart with an edge and I’m all for it.

And here are some bits and pieces of Samantha:
::A random fact::
I’m youngest of four red heads
::Your go-to recipe::
Homemade chocolate chip cookies—seen here. I make extra
dough to keep in the freezer so when I have a spontaneous
sweet tooth I’m covered.  (No.1)
::You can’t live without::
A sand colored cashmere wrap that I’ve worn so often the ends are
starting to fray—which makes me love it more! Seen here. (No.2)
::Currently coveting::
A fitted IRO jacket. See here (No.3)
::Your daily reads::
Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, Jak and Jill blog,
Who What Wear and Refinery 29
::On your playlist::
Almost every song on the new Alexander album—
especially “a million years” see here
::Your favourite quote::
“Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass,
it’s about learning to dance in the rain.”
My friend’s parent have this one on a framed
vintage needlepoint and it has always stuck with me.
::On your night stand::
Jurlique rose hand cream (see here), lavender spray and a black eye mask.
::Your favourite designer::
Olivier Theyskens’
::In your wishing well::
Travel to Marrakech and stay at the Le Palais Rhoul (No.4)
::Your dream home::
A giant claw foot bath tub, a floor to ceiling wall of bookshelves and a garden.
::Your happy place::
La Quinta, Palm Springs. I love sunshine and always feel incredibly
relaxed when I’m there. See my recent trips here andhere.
My favorite spots to stay: La Quinta Resort & Spa, The Parker Hotel
and The Colony Hotel. (No.5)
