This recipe has been on heavy rotation in our household ever since its discovery. It’s the perfect meal to quickly and easily throw together after a long day at work, and the fresh basil and egg combination always seems to be a crowd pleaser. Paired with a healthy portion of roasted asparagus, it leaves you feeling full but not overly weighed down.
