house envy: a toronto abode.

I’ve seen snippets of Emma’s home on her blog throughout the past and I knew that it was something special. Seeing the entire thing in one place on design*sponge a little while back reaffirmed just that. This old Victorian Toronto home (located in the up and coming Parkdale) has been transformed into what can only be described as pure and utter perfection. Lived in, loved and no detail left unthought of.

  1. I have house envy now too! Those light fittings about the kitchen island are just fabulous!

ugh- house envy here too. i would never have seen a bathroom w/ wainscoting and been like “yes, i’m painting it black. from top to bottom.” but here, it’s done, and it looks fabulous. dammit.

  3. i mean, who are the people who live in these houses? and why will they not invite me over!!

caramel bunnies… they are cadbury easter candies. kinda like the snickers nutcrackers at xmas… but full of caramel. i found them in a bin at a gas station for £0.10 each the other week. ha! so cheap.

ps. you hair in these pics is killing me. so pretty! xo
