house envy: an italian vacation home.

Found in a small village in southern Italy, this castle (dating as early as the 1400′s) converted into a vacation home is the perfect getaway from a busy lifestyle. Morten Angelo and his wife Tina Horstedt, who own their own advertising agency in Copenhagen, worked closely with their contractor to create this beautiful space that is equally parts old and new, seamlessly blended together.

  1. i’d like to motion for a moment of silence for this GEM.

    * silence *

    wowza!!

  2. First off I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
    I was interested to know how you center yourself
    and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I’ve had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there. I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Many thanks!
